The One-Stop Recruiting System for Financial and FinTech Human Resources
In order to ensure that financial and FinTech companies can hire the personnel they are looking for efficiently and reliably, we have built “the One-Stop Recruiting System for Financial and FinTech Human Resources” that allows job requests to be made collectively to 23 recruitment agencies with offices in Fukuoka prefecture.
Recruitment Flow through the System
① Companies expanding to Fukuoka consult with Prefectural government on securing human resources.
② Prefectural government communicates the needs of companies to the One-Stop Recruitment Office.
③ Companies apply for recruitment to the One-Stop Recruitment Office.
④ The One-Stop Recruitment Office provides recruitment agents with a batch of job information in one place.
⑤ Recruitment agents referral job applicants to companies.
Support for Human Resource Development
We are offering lectures at several graduate schools to create financial and FinTech human resources.
We conduct seminars for college students to get them interested in the financial industry.
